Fluicondrial M has the ability to cross the synovial membrane and restore the correct biological function of the synoviocytes by normalizing the biosynthesis of endogenous hyaluronic acid. Fluicondrial M with hyaluronic acid of average molecular weight between 1,500,000 and 2,500,000 Dalton, slows down chondrodegeneration, stimulates the development of chondrocytes and inhibits their senescence. It reduces inflammatory processes by reducing joint pain, acts as an anti-oxidant and anti-radical.
Fluicondrial H restores the viscoelastic properties of the synovial fluid, recovers homeostasis and joint function, controls painful symptoms. Proyal H is a high molecular weight exogenous hyaluronic acid for diarthrosis joints, with a viscosupplementary action. It provides benefits regarding the pain and joint function of the knee, slows the progression of osteoarthritic pathology, improving quantitatively and qualitatively the articular cartilage. It greatly increases the viscoelastic properties of the knee, furthermore its presence stimulates greater production of hyaluronic acid by the synoviocytes, has an analgesic effect thanks to the molecular weight of about 3000,000 Dalton.
Sinovidol shows in its clinical activity to start up metabolic and reparative processes of articular cartilage, the hyaluronic acid hydrogel with precursors and amino acids stimulates the co-generation with cell surface receptors, increases the production of type II collagen, positively influences the capacity of chondrocytes to maintain the extracellular matrix (ECM) of cartilage and joint structure in its entirety.
